Shipping policy

GoOats products are freshly prepared and sold locally in Ottawa, Ontario.

Delivery

• Orders are delivered on the selected delivery date and time slot.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

• Products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

Storage & Consumption

• Keep refrigerated at all times.

• Consume within 4-5 days of delivery.

• Freeze up to 2 weeks.

Missed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we cannot guarantee product quality and refunds may not be issued.
